Background not centred at lower resolutions

ok well i was makin some different layouts for the website terapad.com and i have 2 that are completely working on all resolutions in firefox and internet explorer EXCEPT when i set my resolution to 800 x 600 and im in firefox the background isnt centered but when im in ie its fine...

ive tried numerous things but cant figure this one out any help is much appreciated

unfortunately no i am still stumped i have tried many various things but all attempts have been failures thus far. Help is appreciated ^^
