Recommened CSS Positioning Book

New to this forum, and relatively new to CSS, any recommended books with examples of CSS positioning, especially for layouts. Suggestions and insite will be very much appreciated.

We aren't really allowed to post commercial or private website urls as far as I can tell. I'd reccomend Google searching CSS and layout is preobably a good bet, and you can choose yourself a website you like.
No need for books unless you are very new and don't always have access to computer. They cost money, they pollute, and they take up space.
