Forum Moderators: not2easy
I have a very irritating problem which I've never encountered anywhere before. I found no-one else with the same problem through Google and several other forums. That's why I came here.
Please open the following link in Internet Explorer (7):
<snip>
Look at the main window (the middle one with the scrollbars). The vertical scrollbar thumb is too large! Drag down the scrollbar thumb to see. It will get smaller and smaller untill you reach the end of the text. How is this possible? In Firefox this problem doesn't occur.
Also I discovered that when you look at the CPU usage it will turn to 100% when the scrollbar thumb is too large (when you first open the page). When you drag it down so it'll get the size it should be, the processor usage will drop down to a normal percentage.
Please help me, I'm figuring this out for weeks..
Thank you,
Yann

Place the layer with the problem in another layer of exactly the same size. The layer with the problem must be made "overflow:visible;". The layer around this (the one you just created) must get "overflow:auto;". I don't know why this works, but it works. I really found it accidentally after giving up all the hope I had. Unfortunately I cannot let you see the result because of the 'guidelines' on this site.
Friendly greetings,
