Create Banner Once, Use Many Times?

CSS With Front Page?

Not sure if this would be CSS or not but I need some help.

I have an html page that I created in Front Page and it has a header and all of the website menu buttons. How can I have every other page I create "call" or "use" that same header and menu buttons without having to copy and paste them on every page?

I also want to be able to make the change in one file (if ever needed) and have it changed everywhere else automatically.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

It a while since I used FP but I think you need to use the 'include page component'.
