elastic design - resize problem

Hi, I am currently designing a site for my local Church and was wondering if anybody would be able to help me!

Basically, I have changed the entire layout from relative positioning with fixed length and height, to absolute positioning sized with em's.

This looks the same as before however, when you make the text larger through the browser, the whole shape distorts... is there any way I make it hold its shape when the text size is increased?

Please view through Firefox as I haven't changed the ie style yet.

Hi mate, can't look at your URL, but isn't it logical that when you make the font size bigger, the EM's get bigger, so anything sized with them will also get bigger?
