CSS rounded corners with colored header?

I've looked at a dozen techniques for css rounded corners and they are all lacking one thing for clarity: a different colored background for the header

Is this possible without an image? I'd actually settle for a single small background image if need be, as long as javascript is not required. Any examples out there?

aha, I think I found it after much more googling

on cssplay they call it snazzy boarders...

playing with it now...
