Hi,

I have a snippet of the code I am using for a website. It involves JS and a side scrolling content area.

Have a look: ooops

The small buttons at the top left allow the table to scroll, therefore showing different content.

Works fine in FF but when viewed in IE or Safari, the content area has moved up and left by about 10pixels therefore runining the layout it will be placed into.

Any ideas why this is happening? Or any ways around it?

Cheers

Welcome to WebmasterWorld rdchq!

I took a quick look and in viewed fine for me in IE7 (same as FF), if you can remove the javascript and just position the three divs (navigation/content/side) as you have them now and make a plain page with them are you still seeing the same thing?

If so please post your code sample with the Doctype but without the scripts thanks.

Oh and let us know which IE
