Mozilla 1.7b out, and new css3 property support

Well, I'm pretty sure everyone here knows where to find mozilla, no I won't have to break the guidelines :)

Major change fixes for css:

* A long-standing bug with CSS backgrounds on table elements has been fixed, including support for columns and proper layering (standards mode only).

* Support for the CSS3 opacity property.

Standards support gets me pumped...
