My English ability is very poor. sorry
I want to make like a this

as you know align is left and second line start position is left first

but I want to align like this

  blah blah blah
  blah blah blah

second align start position is next " - "
how can I do easy?

Hello uncle99... I'm guessing you are refering to indenting (or rather, 'outdenting') the first line of a paragraph/block of text? In which case, you can have a look at the CSS property:
text-indent

eg. To outdent the first line of a block of text, try:

<p style="text-indent:-3em;padding-left:3em;">Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Nunc sed turpis. Suspendisse potenti. Suspendisse nonummy. Donec sollicitudin, tellus vitae tristique ornare, elit enim aliquet massa, sed adipiscing lectus ante eu pede. Vivamus mauris erat, posuere sit amet, rhoncus ac, viverra ac, est. Morbi sed pede. Sed pulvinar. Ut ultrices odio. Nulla convallis nibh vel ligula. Donec in elit id magna porttitor cursus. Ut tristique diam in ante. Nunc in enim.</p>
