Hi,

I'm working on my company site and it looks ok so far in IE7, but when I test it using IE6, the drop-down menus do not work.

Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance.

A List Apart Magazine has some very useful tutorials on CSS-only dropdown menus that work in all modern browser (of course, a few lines of Javascript are needed for IE6 users).

Search A List Apart for "Suckerfish Dropdowns" or other CSS menu articles.

Thanks for the info. I got this tutorial from www.projectseven.com

I think the IE hack is the one that is giving me the display problem.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld JDream!

I'm not familiar with P7's method of getting IE to work though it likely involves a script of some sort - if it's one of their bought ones it might be best if you should get in touch with their support.

If it's just put together free from a tutorial can you isolate the menu code and post a small sample of the code that's not working.

All the code for drop-down menus out there requires some sort of workaround for IE (<7) so we need to see which way is being used!
