H1 tags - Different in IE and Firefox

The following is a typical line of code used in the CSS file to set the H1 display.

h1{margin-bottom:0em;font-size:13pt;color=#0066cc;font-family:Tahoma; verdana, Arial;}

IE will show the specified colour but Firefox does not seem to recognise it and usually shows the H1 text in black. This happens across multiple sites.

Can anyone offer a suggestion for getting the specified colour to show in both Browsers?

It's color:#0066cc; no equals sign. Also, remove the semicolon after Tahoma.
