xtra padding on <p> tags within divs rendered in ie ONLY

desparately need help with this issue:

[clients2.serverside.net...]

bring site up in Firefox the cotent body is spaced off the header area correctly.. about 15px

bring site up in IE and it is about 30px or about double. What is causing this!?!?!?!?!

it is driving me crazy.. can anyone offer suggestions? This happens on every div I drop p tags into!

any help on this today would be MOST appreciated. I've racked my brain and I have no idea why it is only doing it in IE
