If, when you were doing a css webpage, you had to design it so that it rendered best in IE5.5 or 6, which would you choose?
I'm ignoring the fact that other browsers need to be taken into account. I'm really thinking about the way the two versions of IE render pages differently.

I'd focus on IE6 and provide alternatives for IE5+ visitors. If you know where the bugs are in both browsers, then you can effectively work around most of them.
