What are good news feeds for a couple of hundred dollars per month? Like RSS but were I can read the full article and display it on my site.
I am interested in news from and about China.

Why don't you use an RSS aggregator to search for suitable feeds, then contact suitable sites to find out what their rates would be for what you have in mind? You'll probably find a number of sites willing to syndicate content in this way if you're offering money. If you use something like Bloglines it gives you an indication of the number of subscribers, and therefore the popularity of a feed.
