The subject pretty much says it all, but the description tells the rest ;}

I am drafting a document and came to the conclusion of said document. I'm using headers to lead into each paragraph and, at the conclusion, I'm basically trying to urge to the reader into action. For my lead in to the final paragraph I'm seriously considering the use of something along the lines of 'blah blah, Now what?' and than blather on about what they need to do next.

Any thoughts about the usage of these phrases in particular, or any short phrases designed to motivate?

What you need is a persuasive "call to action". Not long ago, Webwork started this discussion: Best Examples of Call to Action Verbiage [webmasterworld.com] - that might be a good starting point.

Ad copy writing books may give you some other examples. For a call to action on the web, I think it's important to make the desired action an obvious link - i.e., a big button, an obviously clickable graphic, or a text link that is clear in copy and intent. Subtlety isn't your friend in this case, IMO.
