Hello, I have a website with 30,000++ pages (generated by database). And I found a guy stole my whole website (contents, structure, design and even CSS file). Indeed, he just downloaded my entire website and replace some words. Now his website is indexed by google and I'm sure google will consider his site and mine as mirror sites. I contacted his web server provider (abuse@blabla.com) but they just reply me to say that "yes, this site is using our service. I forwarded your email to ....." and then do not reply me again. What should I do now?

Contact the ISP directly by phone, I always find that works well.

There are also a number of tools which can assist you in getting the ISPs phone number and in dealing with copyright infringement like this.

Just type "copyright infringment" into Google and search.

Sticky me if you have any other questions. I'd be happy to help you bring this sucker to justice.
