Hey - Everyone sees them, everyone reads them My Question - What are the rules for their proper usage? When is one utilized instead of the other?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, Bobzilla. What kind of documents are you considering with this question? Attachments and enclosures usually define additional documents included with business correspondence. Appendices are usually part of books and longer documents, and contain supplementary material. Addenda often apply to legal documents but can also be used when material is added to a book at a later date. Is there a particular usage that you are interested in?

Bobzilla, Welcome to Webmaster World. It was indeed a nice and common question. Sometimes one spends long time thinking about tyhings like these. Before rogerd replied, I was thinking as well. :-)
