When Google DMCA Takedown Notice Apply on Website ?
What content may cause a warning From Google ?
Will I get a warning if I add a download link to my content? Upload center link?

My site is about introducing software/graphic file along with photos and download links (External Link). but i got DMCA Takedown notice.

Can we stipulate that English is not your first language, and when you say “enforcing” you really mean “inappropriately or misguidedly interpreting”?

I hope so, because that’s the only way the question can have any legitimacy.

If the content legitimately belongs to you or to a business that gave you the images/pdfs to advertise their products, you can respond to a take down notice with the facts of your case. There is a time limit in some cases, so it should be done as soon as you can collect the facts.

From whom? Deal directly with whomever is complaining. Satisfy them to stop further action.

Google doesn't enforce anything. They are not a governing agency. All they can do is remove your web pages from their index and damage your incoming traffic.

This is why you need to deal with the DMCA before it gets as far as Google.

External Link

Just to say that, if you add a link to material which is infringing someone copyright, even if you are not hosting this material, you are liable too because you contribute to the copyright violation...

What if I hide the download link in my content?
Or just introduce the product along with the source link?

A DMCA should contain all the information you need to resolve it. A DMCA specifies a complaint and a resolution. If you do not respond or comply, you lose.

Sorry, but you received a DMCA takedown notice, just remove the content. This is simple. Now if you are not agree with the legitimacy of this notice, that is another question, if so, then you need to hire a lawyer, to dispute this notice. Anything else, will be a problem.

I realized. I know the copyright laws.
But I just want to know what should I do to avoid warning?
I don't know when Google accepts the complainant's request and when the request is denied by Google !
Help to find answer.

DMCA is a law, it is not something that Google enforces or denies. Google responds to a DMCA but the actions are between you and the copyright owner, not Google. Changing code does not avoid the penalties of a DMCA unless the code change removes the object of the DMCA.

Do not use other people's content.

This is Example of mega DMCA Notice :

[transparencyreport.google.com...]

the chart included : Removed | No action taken | Pending | Duplicate

I think No action taken mean , is google denied DMCA report.

That's why I say , i don't know when Google accepts the complainant's request and when the request is denied by Google

The DMCA is awaiting your response. Google accepts the complainant's request when either there is no response or when your response is not accepted as the complainant's resolution. It is all up to you. Their request is denied when your response is accepted by the complainant. Google is not going to "accept" or "deny" until your time runs out with no response.
