I put something along the lines of "we do not distribute any information obtained to third parties" and "no personal information is collected by this site"
You dont have to be a legal eagle. Another thing best to add is a disclaimer about the info on your site, ie errors and omissions in case someone causes a stir about it

The only problem i have is that I think privacy policies should be as simple as possible, as clear as possible, and theirs aren't.
It's helpful even if you don't want to implement a P3P policy. If your site use cookies I recommend that you implement a P3P policy including a Compact Policy in order to please visitors using MSIE 6.0. ;)
