I changed the content of one of my webpage, google has picked up the content but not changed the ranking yet… How long does it take to change the ranking if it is deemed to be changed…

If you're certain it has been crawled, I don't know that there is some known time period to expect changes to be noticeable. The time it takes to see any change in position is affected by more than just your changes, changes to other sites in the vertical and changes in the algorithm also factor in.

There is far more active discussion about ranking issues in the [webmasterworld.com...] Google and SEO Forums.

I am certain it has been crawled, do you have a time frame , it has been 6 days ? should it already be ranked differently or can it take a few weeks and sometimes months ?
By the way I saw the website yesterday being ranked totally different but just for 10 minutes with something that said " you visited this page " under the mete description, what does it mean ?

I did reset everything and the page ranking was gone after the reset and has not reappeared yet ?

If you are checking your page position in Google and you are signed in to your Google account, it is expected that you will see different results than other people will see. You would need to clear your cache, which I think is what was covered by the term "reset". For the specific information you are asking about how long it takes to see changes, you would get more useful help in the Forum for this topic: [webmasterworld.com...] because discussions here are for issues or questions about content copyright, the help for questions about crawling and ranking are in the Google Forums. Keeping forums on topic makes it easier for all members to find what they want.
