Stolen Site

Someone copied my Website?

Hi All,
I just found some bonehead that's copied my entire site text and structure. I'm guessing the text is pretty straight forward theft, but what about the link names and navigation that he's also copied?

I there a standard contact letter around anywhere I can send him to get things started to having it removed?

Hi mmontala,
I didn't send an "official" form letter.

I just sent a more personal letter threatening that not only was this a national copyright infringement, it is an international offence and subject to harsh criminal penalties. I also gave notice to remove the site in 24 hours, or I would begin taking the appropriate action.

It seem to do the trick as site was down in a matter of hours.
