Is an alleged (c) infringer provided the personal information about the complainant that the complainant provides to Google through G's online DMCA form (name, email address, etc.) I know that personal info. is redacted for chillingeffects. But what about for the infringer who receives notice from G that a DMCA notice has been submitted to it?

A corollary question: Has anyone here who has submitted DMCA notices experienced retaliation as a result -- perhaps where the infringer's Adsense or affiliate accounts were terminated due to the infringement? I can imagine someone who's been busted for clear, incontestable (c)infringement and has been hit where it hurts -- i.e., in the wallet -- might try any number of dirty tactics to give your site a bad reputation, out of vengeance.
