Is it worth Chasing eHow to Remove an Article, or Accept the nofollowe

- I had a 1500 word page I wrote all about the different features of a specific product more or less copied and re-used on eHow.

- It passes copyscape... but literally kept the same H1-H3 headings, and simply rearranged the order I presented the content.

- They DID list my page as a reference on the article but its nofollowed. They also listed 2 other references to a couple of the same places I referenced within my content.

- Mine was published on Nov 2nd, they published on Nov 19th.

My questions...

Q1 - Is it worth pursuing a DMCA, obviously, the article already outranks my own due to domain authority.

I know the debate over nofollowed links...

Q2 - Is the nofollowed link worth more value to me than having them remove the content?

Opinions welcome... I almost hair triggered a DMCA and almost reported the site through its adsense block on the page. It just pistoled me off!
