I always thought that some would do this, but now I have found several sites, where it explains how to make money with your photos without selling those, just spread your images all over the web, then wait sometime and then claim money from those the legal way, DAMN Im getting so angry when I see such thing, we also get images sent by email as a example, "please upload those are my images...." of cause we ask if its ok and then we of cause believe the person or some just upload images.

Now it looks like not the photo owner is the victim but the webmaster/site owner, any way I think if a Photo owner dont want to spread there images they can/MUST have a kind of login to see there images or other system so those are not spread, I also dont let my dor open to my house.

I am not sure I understand, in that case how can the photographer claim royalties if he made the photos effectively public domain? The legal way isn't something simple. Keep records when and by whom the pictures were uploaded.

When you publish something you can put your name on it and have a record for the date when and where it was published. He will have to produce such evidence.

nah, its really like I said some make some great photos and upload those to different sites and then the photos will spread automatically, the owner dont have to have there name on photo, just have to prove its hes when making claims, but as I have read a lot lately, im not sure if that counts anymore, be cause of DMCA, I think it says if you take a image down same day no claims can be made.

I understand you are complaining about the attitude, some people live by those systems that are equivalent to preparing traps. Yes, it's bad.

he owner dont have to have there name on photo, just have to prove its hes when making claims

On the other hand, some people steal images, that's wrong. And some others buy an image and don't respect the guidelines... then some other guy copies it and sells it.

What I mean is, I found some of my pictures over the web with other credits..... and I was not involved on that. Sometimes the photographer is the victim, other times the webmaster, other times the one who bought the pics...

There was a guy copying some of my images, removing watermarks and using them as if they were his own... and then some other guys came and copied them.... a thieve stealing from another thieve... I got his adsense account banned.

But I see your point, it sucks how some are just trying to find easy lazy ways to live by.
