I've been bouncing around the Flickr website and I cannot figure out what constitutes a noncommercial usage of a picture. If I run a site with adsense on it, is it a commercial use to paste the picture on it, or do I have to actually sell something with the picture on it?

And a small side question: does it meet the attribution guidelines for practically any image if I just link to the person's photostream? Thanks.
