- if i buy a script and the owner modify the licencese agreement after this... wich licencese is the good one?

- if i modify the script in my site for wich was licensed, i mean some code and design? can give me this problems?

i ask this because i bought this script for my site and in license they say can be used only for one server and domain. nothing about multiple instalations in the same domain and server but i discovered i can't use it in other folder.
if i modify it to work in more subfolders what means this. can give me problems?
