As has been noted here and elsewhere the last few weeks, there has been growing criticism of web sites linking to outside content and sometimes with lengthy "excerpts." (Associated Press, for one, is getting annoyed.) Dow Jones' All Things Digital, is revising its policy.

Worth a look as a guide for what you are doing. Their lawyers might be better than your lawyers (although, no doubt no match for our lawman):

And, yeah, it is amusing, too, to read the very, very end where they more or less say, "Oh, shut up."
