We are running website xyz.com for long time publishing the music online as offering MP3 DOWNLOADS/STREAMING to all over the world. Now we want our site to be legal by getting any proper and suitable license. There is no company who give that kind of lisenceing specially for Bollywood/Asian region but for Europe and USA there are few. We are am interested to make my site legal then how could we have major or all record labels with their permission?
Finally, we finally managed to get the PRS for Music - LOEL Licence (http://www.prsformusic.com/loel) as Permanent Download Service to make site content legal. Now we are offering Legal Download and Streaming Service.
Does this licence really worthy? As google stopped delivering ads to our site few months back but after getting this lisence will our site be compliant of google policies? If not then how we can make our site legal?
