Copyrights on hosting server

I'm going to open hosting server, and need some advices.
What can users upload and what they cant? I know some of the copyrights for music,sounds,movies,games,programs but still if possible tell me more about them. And what about p2p trackers , torrent sites and so on. Are they able to upload and use payed scripts like vBulletin, same payed themes for Joomla,Mamboo ?

When you purchase a copyrighted work you don't buy the copyright but instead get a license for it's use. For example if you go to the store and buy a DVD what you own is a plastic disc. Along with this plastic disc comes a license that allows you certain rights to the contents on the disc. The license on a DVD allows you to view the materiel on a TV in your home, you can't however open a commercial establishment and charge people to view that movie as the license does not allow for that.

Whether copyrighted material can be legally uploaded to your site depends on the license. For example phpbb is copyrighted but is released under the GPL license so it can be freely distributed, having said that they can just go to phpbb's site and download it.

Most material that is paid for will not have such a license and therefore would be an illegal file.

How can I stop the users from uploading unlicensed scripts (for example), when and how to check for license, who and what can do to me and my server if unlicensed files,scripts,movies,torrents,warez are found on my hosting server? Can i get suspended ?
No one told me about the torrent sites, and how about warez sites ?
At the moment i have to write something about what users can upload and do with their hosting packets, so if you can give me some help. Thanks!
