How to Block those domain name whois captures

Hello - its getting on my nervs that my whois info is all over the web from sites like dataopedia,killerstartups and MANY more, just be cause some want to add some content to there sites the easy way, scrapes a little content and then the whois info.

The thing is im not interested in that they benefit with my content and whois info.

also when whois is all over I get more spam per email, phone and mail.

So what can I do besides making doman whois Private which I also do now, is there a list of IPs I could block or anything or even better is there good list out there with those IPs from the bots or other.
