Hello,

a question for native English speakers: what form would you use:
- "product downloads" or "products downloads"?
- "product gallery" or "products gallery"?

Google seems to favour the singular form, but I am not sure if this could be a fact of collective grammar misuse.

:-)

Use:

"product downloads"
"product gallery"

Using the plural form in adjectival contexts is a sure sign of someone who is not a native English speaker.
