Duplicate Content: Blog and Copyright Violation

My blog is being duplicated on a couple of blogs. One of them copies my entire article and just says "source:(mysite)". They are mixing in a couple of themed sites together along with mine. I have filed a complaint with their webhost, godaddy who holds their domain and google because they use adsense ads. Bad thing is, they are ranking higher than I am for keywords using my article, in google.

The next site, uses a feed from my blog and copies my entire article. Their domain name indicates that it is a place to see many feeds, only all my content is on their site. Also ranks one spot above mine, so now I am fourth in Google, for my keywords. My article on Digg is number 1.

Anyone else deal with their blog being duplicated via rss feeds?

you can't stop them by placing your article through rss, because it is legal and no harm while using your site rss on their end.. may someone give you more ideas, but in my point of view it is legal.... it is just like someone likes your article and added that on any social bookmarking site. You said that they left your site source, it is also legal (only if the article is not being tempared)

Beware of legal advice on forums...you get what you pay for. ;)

You're making their job easier by providing full RSS feeds. That's why some people opt for partial feeds with links back to your site for the full article.

One thing you can do to make their job more difficult is to

nofollow
all your RSS links and block them with
robots.txt

I'm 100% agreed with Bill, as he said that to use nofollow and block them through robots.txt file. for more ease, let them connect with you but with no harm. I have putted some news on my site wihtout any RSS but I have placed a source link from where I'm getting these news. Resource link is just about to tell owner that using of contents is not tempared not even stolen, but it is giving you a backlink with more juice of the page. So you don't worry at all, if they uses resource link on the pages, no matter whatever they turned your atricle into...
