Video News Sources

Trying to source free video news for websites

Does anyone know of a reputable news source (ie a major tv network , or reuters or bloomberg etc) that offers free syndication of video news items?

When I say free, I don't mind paying a small fee. However I would hope that there are video news content producers out there that are running a revenue model whereby they insert advertisement clips at the beginning or end of the news piece.

Any leads in this area greatly appreciated, thanks.
