Writing website contract and wants to include images clause

Hi,

I am writing a small agreement about the development of a website. I want to include a clause where by our responsibility will be only to provide appropriate royalty free images if available. In case image is not available or the client is not satisfied with the one available then it will be client's responsibility to purchase image and provide to us. We may give some kind of advice on purchasing but it will be solely client's responsibility.

I want to write the above clause in proper English like we see in agreement/contract. How do I do that. Please rephrase the above words.
