Any advice on writing articles to build a new site

This site is designed as company site, however, there are few contents at the beginning. Any advice to make the site with abandant content?

So long as the content is relevant, and helpful to your visitors, it has to be a good idea.

What are you having doubts about?

I have to build and publish it in a short period. But I think the pre-preparation is not enough, and there is not so much time for me to do the pre-work.

Then be careful.

If you cannot provide unique, relevant and useful content - all three constitute Quality in seo terms - you may be better to leave it; duplicate content, irrelevant content and content that alienates users can all hurt your site - only Quality Content can help it.
