Can I feel free to use those images on my commercial websites (of course by linking from next to image to users profile and Creative Commons license page) ?

Thank you for answer

Yes, you can feel free, BUT please be aware that CC BY is still risky.

A CC BY licence is no warranty that the image is free of rights. It is supposed to be, but what if an uploader has taken the image from someone else (i.e. from a big photo agency) and assigned (wrongly) a CC BY licence? If the original owner finds out, he will go after YOU in the first place.

Also, the CC BY licence does not guarantee that you may actually use the image for your intended purpose. There was the case of a CC BY photo on Flickr that showed a teenage girl. Some Aussie mobile phone company took this image and used it for its ad campaign. The agency did not check for the personal rights of the girl and got sued. The CC BY licence in fact just says that the photographer does require attribution only to use the photo; it does not say anything about the people or objects appearing in the image. The rights need to be cleared by the user (publisher) of the photo.

So, there is some risk in using Flickr photos.
