Where can I find bloggers who write for inbound links?

Hi,

I am working on my blog theme, in the same time I also look for bloggers who are willing to write articles to get back links.

I found most article directories have so many low quality articles, I think it will hurt my blog if I make my blog as a normal article directory.

So I need some bloggers who love to write, and have passion on internet marketing, web design topics. And let them to write some articles for me and free to put inbound links on my site.

If I want to find bloggers who write quality articles, where can I find them?
