Hello,

I have a niche website that is ranking quite well in Google and other search engines. I am planning to launch another one (similar niche). Content of the new site will not be duplicate as I rewrote all the content, but I will use exactly the same keywords and same navigation.

Do you think it can be a problem.

Pardon my ignorance on the matter and thank you in advance for your input

I don't see a big issue as long as the content is value to the visitor...

Normally the issue is that people just build more sites vs. building more original content within their first website expecting to double their profits. Sometimes this is not always the best thing, since it takes more time to maintain both of these sites to continue to give value and keep visitors and bots coming back.

As long as it is not intended to trick the search engine, I would see no problem.

Just an FYI, Search Engines now can determine if you have just changed a few paragraphs or sentences to a page. Every Day the bots are getting smarter so I would not waste time if this were the case.

Hello wrockca,

Thanks for your input and advice.

No, it's not to trick the SE. The new site is just a gift I want to make to my son. I completely rewrote the content.

Thanks again and best regards
