Four men who run one of the most popular file-sharing sites in the world have been charged with conspiracy to break copyright law in Sweden.

The site doesn't actually host the copyrighted material.

If convicted, the four men could face a maximum of two years in prison.

And if not convicted it could provide a really good precedent and free up online media collaboration permanently.

I went there the other day just to see what all the huff was about.

Its just a search engine to find bit torrent files. You could do the same thing with Google by using the features of advanced search.

I don't think the lawsuit stands a chance.
