Is adult dating=adult?

I want to promote site for adult dating, but if in my country adult sites are forbidden, is it possible adult dating to be associated with adult site?

I will NOT host any adult images.

And that site for adult dating is not my, I only getting paid for sending them traffic(for lead or/and affilliate).

This could be a gray area. If I understand you correctly, you would only be linking to the site, a site which you have no control over. While you stated there are no adult images, depending on the Terms of Use of that site and how well they police it, people may make "adult" posts with suggestive or even outright sexual content. IMHO, I would be very reluctant to do the link, but if you do, you may want to consider two things:

Put a disclaimer on your site stating to the effect: we link to sites not under our control and are not responsible for their content.

and/or

a "you are leaving our site now and are being redirected to a site which may contain adult content...."

The second option involves a redirect notice page which can be achieved through javascript, asp, and I think php.

In short, think of your site first and protecting your integrity.

If this bit was a statement of fact rather than a hypothesis, you might want to be careful.

While some countries wouldn't consider a dating site 'adult' - even with slightly risque (but not p0rnographic photos), there's no guessing what constitutes 'adult' in the opinion (and law) of a country where such things are forbidden.

If you're in doubt, consult a lawyer.

Can you tell me if any country do not allow adult sites, what does it mean?

In my case I promote adult sites NOT in my country, but world-wide.

So I rediarect person that is from US(for example), to site that is hosted in US.(I DO NOT host any adult images, only text links.)

I'm hosting my sites(that rediarect to that site), in US hosting companies.So the only problem for me(if it is exist), is that I receice my checks in my country, and I get the money from bank in my country.So can I expect problems for that?
(I won't have problem for my sites, because I don't use hosting in my country.)

Yes, it's definitely something other. It isn't indicative of actual age; it's dating for engaging in "adult activities."

There's a big difference; it's a far cry from being friendly pen pal buddies and communicating with folks from other countries for friendship, inter-cultural understanding and communication.

it's a question about the law of a particular country. Just wondering why gartar expected an answer, especially he seemed to prefer to hide his country's name.

In some countries, there may be a specific law to regulate activities for sex. For example, if a prostitute uses your website to seek clients, and you obviously know it happens and tries to get advertising money from these activities, it'll be illegal. But consult your lawyer is a better way to go.

It would probably be a good idea to interpret "adult dating" in the context of that country, too.
