article submission sites don't accept photos

Hello,

I have been doing some article submissions lately for my blog. Now, I wrote a post which has a photo tagged to it. Several article sites I checked only accept text matter. I could do with any help about any suggestions on how to publicize this post. Thanks. Sam.

why do you submit to article directories? Try adding the whole blog to blog directories and when you write a new article you just ping (notify) the service in question so that it can start sending spiders to crawl the new content.

aren't you creating duplicate content? Your site may get into supplemental index if you are using the same articles on your blog/ site.

i don't think creating duplicate content is such big no-no. at least google seems very clear about it
