I couple of years ago I bought the resell rights of an infoproduct (books about marketing), and I paid throug paypal. It is suppose every year I would get the updated ebooks.
Recentely I asked for the new ones updates, and the seller was upset because of that. I bother also and respond with a couple of four letter words, and after taht the seller says I have no more resell rights, then I asked for my money back, and he denies to give it back to me, instead he threat mi with sue me on the ompi.
Do you have any advice about what I shoud do? Shoud I sue him? Does paypal returns the money after two year? or I should forget about this resell rights?

Nothing has changed, nor will it. You could threaten to sue him, but the money involved will be small, so don't bother unless you have money to burn.
However, you now know what kind of person you are dealing with, and you should think about that when planning for the future.
Another possibility is searching the web for the 'updated' versions (if they exist!); you can often find them by searching for blocks of text. Selling them would not be stealing; you said yourself that your deal INCLUDED rights to sell the updated versions.
Just out of interest, did you sell may books during your first year?
