How do you handle updates?

This question is for those who have actually registered with the U.S. copyright office the content of a web site.

How do you handle the copyright when you make changes or additions to the site? Do you submit new documentation to the U.S. copyright office each time?

I have heard that some people do it not everytime, but more based on the frequency and quantity of updates. If you are adding content daily, maybe you register your content monthly. Or, if you add content monthly, maybe you register annually.
