Will the SE's allow multiple <body> tags

Will the SE's allow multiple <body> tags in one page? I'm using DW to create pages for our revised site and when I do a page include, upload and then view source on the web, I see multiples of the <body> for each of the pages I include.

So, I question if the SE's (Specifically G & Y)will:
1. penalize the page
2. not index the page
3. drop the site entirely
4. Get flagged for some notorious 'flaming'

Now, we're a white hat company through and through, so I don't want to do something that's going to be viewed as 'wrong' or 'suspicious'.

Has anybody run into this or have FIRST HAND knowledge from an SE's point of view.

I can't give first hand information so far as SE, but it is bad practice. ONE <body> element to a page. (A quick snip and test shows that it won't validate, at least not with the DTD that I use.)

document type does not allow element "body" here.

<edit> additional note >/edit>
Is there a body element in the include? Most likely there should not be.

I've not ever thought about "not" putting body tags in the file. Let me play with that and see how it goes. Thanks.

I don't see any blackhat issue here but as D_blackwell said it won't validate - so you're not "a white hat company through and through"

Yes you can do that and rank. I would not recommend it since it is not valid.
