Let's say I write an article in which I want to put a paragraph or two from an article on wikipedia.

Will be just doing something like:

According to wikipedia:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Sed bibendum, orci eget bibendum tincidunt, enim felis auctor diam, nec dapibus ipsum mi sit amet libero.

and use an href on the "wikipedia" word be enough?
I really would not like to go to put a full citation on the bottom of the article and link the the license and all that stuff ... unless it is completely necessary.
What do you think?

I think this might be more appropriate...

<a href="http://www.example.com/sub/sub/" rel="nofollow">http://www.example.com/sub/sub/</a>

Presuming that you're only quoting a sentence or two, and unless you're specifically citing all sources of reference within your articles, just stating "According to name of source" would actually be sufficient.

If you wish to give a reference solely for the purpose of linking, well, just follow pageoneresults...
