I strongly suggest you google "all freelance writing jobs" and you will have as a result a blog listing freelance writing jobs, articles and resources about finding and getting freelance writing jobs and on the top - freelance writers gather there. Hope it will help,

I have some feedback to share only on *All Freelance Writing Jobs* because I used one of their members' services once. What I got was a nicely written piece, original, no spelling mistakes (don't laugh, they are often found in written materials, unfortunately) and an affordable price. Well that was all I needed indeed.

Travel Post Monthly has some good articles from people trying to get exposure. elance is another one that I'm familiar with.
