My site has been copied!

Site copied and used for Adsense

Hi!

Yesterday I found out that my site <snip> has been copied word to word....and google has crawled that site which is the copy of travour....have a look at <snip>

i am wondering that Google did not come to know of this crime being committed?.....why did it not spam that site after crawling it....

many of the pages of that site are supplement on this day but google has again crawled the homepage of <snip> on 25th Oct...

What will be the side affects to my site? Will google supplement my site if it successfully crawls that other site?

please help.....

This is not the first time I have heard of this happening. A friend of mine who owns a massive affiliate company told me recently that one of here top affilates had this very thing happen. Wiped him out over-night. Got absolutely no change from Google what-so-ever. I guess you could try some legal action on this, or perhaps Google have now taken on board this scenario and have measures in place to resolve it. Perhaps someone else here has had experience of this and can offer better advice to you. You have my sympathy on this one. I hope things work out for you.
