Content markets

If the owner of any project wants to fullfill his site with good content, can he face any sites whith alredy made and writtent articles? Any Content markets? I mean to buy not secondhand, but unique articles with high quality.

And here the next question: are there persons, who owns such articles (different themes - sport, business, ... any) or people, who want to publish their articles with the link of resours of owner?

P.S. I'm not a buyer, but have an Idea to create such a project in Russia. That's why there is the need to be tought by world's experience.

Difficult to buy unique; you'll need to think about having articles written for you.

Most articles on article farms are anything but unique; factory farming is the order of the day.

And in nine cases out of ten, it's the farmer who wins, not the people buying the h*rs*sh*t. If the stuff floats to the surface at all, it'll likely be the farmers site they get taken to, when visitors follow their nose.

This whole site padding thing is "So 2006" - that's what they'll be saying next year :)

Thank's for your opinion.
But if a person is interested in any theme, he could write some articles just when he has a leisure time or he wrote it in offline.
Can this material be the unique one?
