I'm currently going through a site which has blatantly ripped off every image on the site just by going through Google images. What I'm wondering is, is there a way of reporting copyright abusers to Google?

no im sure how its dont to your site, but a nohotlinking .htaccess is always good and I dont think google care, its a deal between you and the other site.
ohh one more thing if you contact him/her maybe there is some business in this with the other site.
