Is it ok to use news from other sites on its own

Im gonna lauch a new site in a few month, now Im wondering how or ifits ok to, let say take news from yahoo news on to its own, they also have news from allover, like science,medicine, product news or what ever.

You cannot steal content in this way. Yahoo's TOS and the copyrights of the content creators usually prohibit this.

Contact services such as AP, Reuters, All Headline News or Yellowbrix..
